French Coast to Canal du Midi

In 1861, Capestang's population of 2700 was increasing and a third water fountain was needed. This one was built to accomodate their increased need for water, Le Bassin Rond. This is only Day 2 but we are loving the trip so far. The whole trip was Argens south to Beziers, Beziers north to Carcasonne then Carcasonne back south to Argens. Comfortably done in 11 days.
